As ALTOTEKS, we carry out high standard fabric dyeing and finishing processes in our modern facilities specializing in the field of technical textiles. We are in a leading position in the sector by using the latest technologies in the dyeing and processing processes of Aramid, Modakrilic, Cotton-Polyester and other special blends.

Our Areas of Expertise and Production Diversity

Aramid and Mixtures:

In addition to Para and Meta Aramid fabrics, we do dyeing and finishing of the mixtures of these fabrics. These fabrics are specially processed for areas that require high durability.

Cotton-Polyester Blends:

We apply indanthren (Vat), disperse and reactive disperse double dyeing techniques for worker clothes. Especially indanthren paints meet high standards by offering long-lasting and durable solutions.

Cotton-Polyester Dyed and Printed Fabrics:

In addition to plain dyeing processes, we achieve high quality with special pigment printing and dispers-indanthren double printing techniques used in camouflage prints. These processes provide ideal solutions for military applications.

Nylon-Cotton Blends:

Durability and quality are provided by indanthren dyeing processes of nylon-cotton fabrics. Acid and metal complex dyeing methods can also be applied upon request. Nylon-cotton blends are also processed with pigment and indanthren printing methods in ribstop camouflage fabrics.

Modacrylic and Mixtures:

Modacrylic fabrics and FR (Fire Resistant) cotton and FR viscose blends are processed with indanthren, reactive or acrylic paints. These fabrics are our special productions that prioritize safety in sectors with fire risk.

FR (Fire Resistant) Fabrics:

We produce fire resistant textile products with indanthren or reactive dyeing processes of FR cotton and FR viscose fabrics.

Quality Assurance and Advanced Techniques

In our technical textile production processes, we solve all kinds of color and quality problems that may arise in fabrics with special finishing processes and dyeing techniques. Various features such as anti-pilling (anti-hair loss), giving lubricity and shine, increasing air permeability are optionally applied.

Special Coating Processes:

3X Dry Finish Coating: With water repellent coating processes, we produce hydrophobic (water repellent) fabrics on the front and hydrophilic (water absorbent) on the back side. In addition, anti-bacterial coating applications are also performed.

Physical Tests:

All physical tests are performed in our own laboratories. Tests such as grammage, tearing, breakage, pilling, air permeability, water repellency, oil repellency, light and air fastness, washing and rubbing fastness are carried out in accordance with international standards.

Color Works:

Color accuracy and continuity are important to us. By making color studies in CIE LAB or QTX file formats, we offer the most suitable colors for customer demands.

High Visibility Standards:

We paint cotton, cotton-polyester and acrylic blends in accordance with EN 20471 high visibility standards. Attention-catching colors such as neon yellow and neon orange are the most preferred colors for occupational safety textiles.
