For us, dyeing is not just giving color, but adding a permanent spirit to the fabric. Using our half-a century of chemistry knowledge and wide range of technology, we transform the vision of your projects into reality by providing unrivalled colour fastness, excellent consistency and customized solutions in even the most challenging fiber types. Here are our painting processes:
Reactive Painting:
Ideal for cotton, viscose, tencel, linen, lyocell and other types of cellulosic fibers, this type of dyeing provides permanent and durable colors by creating a chemical bond with fabric fibers. High washing fastness and stand out with bright colors.
Disperse Dyeing (Thermosol and Jet):
Bright and durable colors fixed in the fibers are obtained by applying disperse dyeing, thermozole and jet techniques, which are preferred for polyester fabrics. It is widely used especially in sports and outerwear fabrics.
Acid and Metal Complex Painting:
This technique, which is used to dye synthetic fabrics such as nylon and polyamide, offers bright colors and high fastness properties. Gives effective results especially in sensitive and special performance fabrics
Sulfur (Sulfur) Coloring:
This technique for cotton and cellulose blends is ideal for obtaining colors in matte and natural tones. Sulphur dyeing draws attention with its durability and vintage effects.
Indanthrene (Wat) Coloring:
Used in fibers such as cotton, cellulose, polyamide and nylon, this dyeing is ideal for fabrics that require high light, washing and rubbing fastness. It gives excellent results for military clothing, work clothes and heavy use areas.
Cationic Dyeing:
Cationic dyeing, which is preferred for acrylic fabrics, allows the fabric to achieve bright and durable colors. This technique is especially used in outerwear and special purpose textile products.
Optical Painting:
Optical dyeing process applied to cotton, polyester, nylon and other fiber varieties gives optical whiteness and shine to the fabric. The desired degree of whiteness is reached with single and double optical options.
Neon Polyester Dyeing:
Neon polyester dyeing, which is used to obtain vivid and phosphorous colors, is especially preferred in sportswear and safety clothing.
Neon Cotton Dyeing:
This technique, which allows the application of bright and striking neon colors to cotton fabrics, stands out especially in fashion and special purpose textile products.
Neon Acrylic Painting:
This technique, which is obtained by applying neon colors to acrylic fabrics, is ideal for modern and eye-catching textile products.
